Our Process

Initial Consulation
We’ll visit your home and discuss your with you to understand your vision.

Scope & Budget Approval
During this phase we discuss the scope of your project and look at the rough order of magnitude of what the project will likely cost. If your budget is aligned, we’ll move to the next step.

Design Agreement
To move forward, we will enter into an agreement to produce a design, material selections, and gather all relevant details to provide you with a detailed estimate and plan.
04.
Fixed Price Proposal
With all the selections, input from the various trades, we can piece together a fixed price proposal. This approach will pave the way for a successful implementation.
05.
Construction Delivery
Our team, led by a project manager will deliver on the plan.
