W&OD Design staff (Pasi and Charlie) were incredibly helpful in checking out our list of extensive home repair projects, prioritizing them and taking care of the repairs. They took care of a major plumbing issue in addition to smaller jobs like replacing a faucet, microwave and garbage disposal. They connected with us other contractors (roof and siding) when we needed additional help. They are very knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and incredibly nice people to work with.

We recently had W&OD Design and Remodel out for a few outside repairs including replacing a broken joist on our deck and replacing rotting wood trim around our front doorway. We were very pleased with the whole process. They were able to get us an estimate quickly. They responded to questions quickly and Kelsey kept us updated throughout the whole process from scheduling (and calling back when she said she would) to checking in during the project to make sure all was okay. Elmer was on time and friendly, and did a thorough job. Would definitely recommend them.
